We specialise in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.The main duties of this role include: To lead the team to deliver high quality care to our young people To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures To communicate effectively with the team regarding the plans for the day To review the young people''s care plans and other associated documentation To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package To attend/chair staff meetings and be proactive in developing and improving the service model To act as an advocate for the young person whilst using a positive parenting model To work with young people using positive ..... full job details .....
