Job Title: Community and Engagement Manager - Micro-Communities Location: Some hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home (flexibility may be required) Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE), plus great benefits Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday About the Role Our client a leading not-for-profit organisation, is looking for a passionate Community and Engagement Manager to lead the growth and development of their member-led micro-communities. These communities online and in-person connect members around shared interests, identities, and themes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in community building and volunteer engagement to make a real impact.
