Job Title: Community and Engagement Manager Micro-Communities Location: Some hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days work from home (flexibility may be required) Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum (DOE), plus great benefits Hours: 9am 5pm, Monday Friday About the Role Our client a leading not-for-profit organisation, is looking for a passionate Community and Engagement Manager to lead the growth and development of their member-led micro-communities. These communities online and in-person connect members around shared interests, identities, and themes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in community building and volunteer engagement to make a real impact. Working closely with the global community team, you will: Launch, grow, and sustain 20+ micro-communities across membership networks Support, coach, and develop micro-community leaders to ensure vibrant, inclusive spaces Manage online engagement, moderate discussions, and oversee community platforms Use data to inform decisions, improve engagement, and measure community success Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align community activities with strategic priorities What We re Looking For: Experience building and growing communities, ideally with volunteers or peer leaders Skilled in moderating online platforms (e.g., Circle, Slack, Discord) Strong strategic planning, project management, and organisational skills Excellent digital communication and stakeholder ..... full job details .....
