Strong time management skills are essential.Key Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, strictly following food safety and hygiene protocols with rigorous quality control. Uphold high standards of food quality and presentation to exceed customer expectations. Continuously develop and refine the menu offerings. Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise food waste.Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements. Excellent time management abilities. In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
