Service Desk Analyst
An established and growing UK business is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join its internal IT team based in Milton Keynes.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT support or service desk experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and working across a varied technical environment.You will provide front-line IT support to internal users across multiple sites, supporting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, telephony, and desktop environments.The role offers exposure beyond a traditional helpdesk environment, including involvement in infrastructure support, cyber security initiatives, device deployment, and continuous improvement projects.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide 1st line IT support to internal usersLog and manage incidents and service requestsSupport Windows desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, and Active DirectoryConfigure hardware and equipment for new startersSupport networking, VPN, wireless access, and mobile devicesAssist with PC and laptop imaging and deploymentMaintain helpdesk documentation and processesDeliver excellent customer service across the businessSupport wider IT infrastructure and cyber security initiativesEXPERIENCE REQUIREDExperience within an IT support, helpdesk, or service desk environmentStrong Windows desktop support skillsMicrosoft 365 / Office 365 experienceActive Directory administration exposureHardware troubleshooting and setup experienceGood communication and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
