in the heart of Brighton.This is a unique opportunity to shape a venue from the ground up and play a pivotal role in delivering a fresh, vibrant, and community-focused hospitality experience.About the VenueThe bar and restaurant will offer a modern yet welcoming space, serving
70-140 covers per shift
(average 120).The concept is centred around
fresh, seasonal, scratch-made dishes
with creative twists on pub classics—visually appealing and

to drive both reputation and marketing.Alongside its commercial goals, the venue has a strong
