The Role

As ICFO, You Will

Lead strategic financial planning and business deliveryOversee Finance, HR, Estates, and IT functionsDrive income growth, capital projects, and organisational resilienceRepresent the institution to key stakeholders and fundersEnsure compliance, risk management, and reporting standards are met

You''ll Manage

Heads of HR, Estates, and ProjectsWork closely with Finance and IT leads

About You

We''re looking for a values-driven leader with:Proven experience in senior financial roles (ideally in education, arts, or public sector)Strong track record in strategic planning and operational deliveryExcellent stakeholder engagement and governance skillsA commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and the arts

Essentials

Experience managing large budgets and cross-functional teamsKnowledge of higher education or public sector governance is a plusStrong communication, leadership, and analytical skillsHybrid working: minimum 60% on-site in London
