This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role with genuine flexibility, strong commercial exposure, and a clear route into a Financial Controller position.This is a hands-on and varied role, working closely with senior leadership to support financial performance and decision-making across the business.The Role:Preparation of monthly management accounts and board-level reportingOwnership of month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepaymentsProduction of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisBalance sheet reconciliations and investigation of key variancesDelivery of commercial analysis including sales and margin reportingBusiness partnering with operational teams to provide financial insightSupport with continuous improvement of processes and reportingInvolvement in wider finance operations including AP and credit control support where requiredAbout You:Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong experience in management accounting or similar finance roleConfident producing management accounts and financial analysisStrong Excel and financial systems skillsProactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environmentStrong communication ..... full job details .....
