Senior Client Delivery Lead - Utilities

OverviewWe are Kraken Utilities, part of a flat and agile organisation focused on building industry-leading product experiences for our clients in the water and broadband sectors. The Kraken platform is licensed to support millions of customer accounts globally and is expanding into additional utility industries. We are looking for a hands-on Client Delivery Lead to help grow our capability across Kraken and third parties and to solve complex problems with great products.
The role is part of a growing team that delivers customer-centric product experiences, identifying problems, refining solutions, and bringing technology, people and processes together to drive improvements for our clients.
What you\''ll do
Work closely with the operations, non-operations and Kraken Technologies Teams to define the product vision and strategy
Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product
Define the MVP and test and learn approach for the product capability
Support the business with issue resolution for the product
Support the engineering teams to deliver product features
Manage the relationship with client counterparts, acting as the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution
Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team
Ensure we are constantly reviewing and adapting to customer and business needs
What you\''ll have
Degree qualified or equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
Experience working within the UK energy/water/telecom industry
Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills
Experience of product management and customer journeys
Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills
Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
