Head Chef , youll be responsible for delivering a high-quality, seasonal menus. Youll lead a talented team and bring innovation to our food offering while maintaining operating costs and the highest standards of hygiene and safety.Your role:Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff.Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets efficiently.Ensure compliance with Graysons food hygiene and safety policies.Collaborate with front-of-house and events teams to enhance customer experience.Youll have:A proven track record as a Head Chef working in both retail and events.Strong leadership and Team building skills.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Experience of controlling costs while maintaining quality and productivityA flair for creativity and presentationKnowledge of current food trendsA proactive approach to problem-solvingYou must have the right to work full-time in the UK.No agencies
