By giving our menu the benefit of your expertise, youll create some of our guests most lasting memoriesResponsibilitiesDirecting daily kitchen activities with a focus on the breakfast operationCoaching and developing a team capable of catering to more than 100 peopleEncouraging and addressing guest feedbackHelping our Food and Beverage revenue strategyWorking closely with the finance team to forecast, plan and budgetMake each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds. With your own signature flare, youll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guestSupervise preparation and service of staff food for the staff canteenOwn your kitchen

keep on top of supplies and equipment, and minimise wasteBe cleaner than clean

meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene lawsTake on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull togetherPerson SpecificationDegree or certificate in culinary arts5 years
