We\''re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Epsom. This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care. The role involves organising schedules based on clients\'' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our expanding business, which is committed to providing superior home based care throughout Surrey. This role is currently also a service based role, and you would be expected to cover care calls as required.Responsibilities
Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of careUndertake regular care visits including being available evenings and weekends when neededDaily troubleshooting and problem solvingManaging staff absence, allocating calls, and cancelling care calls when necessaryAssisting in the training and induction of new team membersQualifications and attributes
Highly organised and efficient coordinator with a people focused approachStrong communication with all types of people and ability to remain positiveIT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planningHighly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale highGrowth focused and supportive of continued development of yourself and the teamDedicated with high energy levelsBenefits and remuneration
