Do you enjoy working in a varied, hands-on role where you can make a real impact on site performance and reliability?We re looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual to join a growing facilities team, supporting the maintenance and optimisation of critical building services across a modern site in Bicester.The RoleAs a Building Services Engineer, you ll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems. You ll be involved in both planned and reactive maintenance, working across a wide range of building services and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and OperationsDeliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across MandE systemsMaintain and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systemsDiagnose faults, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with permit-to-work systemsIdentify recurring faults and improvement opportunitiesSupport small projects, upgrades, and system improvementsWhat We re Looking ForMonitoring systems (BMS) training providedLogging/reporting issues (CAFM/CMMS helpful)Experience maintaining buildings (not machinery)Comfortable with general repairs and reactive maintenanceAble to deal with ..... full job details .....
