They are the exclusive UK repair centre for high quality professional audio equipment including RCF Spa, Nexo SA and EAW. They are currently seeking a skilled Audio Service Engineer to join their technical team in Potters Bar. This is a critical role requiring a mix of traditional electronics expertise and modern networking knowledge. Additional training will be provided where necessary. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair a diverse range of professional audio equipment, including mixers, amplifiers, microphones, audio networking products and speakers Component-Level Work: Perform precision soldering and re-work on through hole and SMD boards (SOT-23, 1206, SOIC, and smaller) Technical Support: Provide high-level technical assistance to customers via phone and email Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards of accuracy and efficiency for all repairs Technology Updates: Stay current with evolving audio technologies and manufacturer-specific software Candidate Requirements: Electronics Expertise: Strong practical understanding of circuit diagrams and electronic components ..... full job details .....
