Responsibilities below:-

Candidate Sourcing:

• Actively search for and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.-
• Working on and developing the CRM and ATS.

Candidate Engagement and Management:

• Build relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about opportunities and providing a positive candidate experience.-
• Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.-
• Manage candidate data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.-

Networking and Market Research:

• Up to date with -industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools.- -
• Network with potential candidates and industry contacts to build a strong pipeline.-

Other Responsbiltites :

• Maintain databases and ensure quality assurance compliance.-
• Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc.-
• Good knowledge of employment law-

What you need:-

• Romanian speaker would be ideal but not essential-
• Previous recruitment experience within trades & labour.-
