The restaurant is closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.Martin Wishart privately owns the restaurant, and the kitchen runs under a small, professional and friendly team of six chefs. The atmosphere at work is one of mature professionalism where focused individuals can grow and develop their career while working with the finest seasonal ingredients.This role will suit a strong Pastry Chef de Partie looking to progress their career. The right candidate must be motivated, focused, flexible, and organised, with a passion for excellence. They should be willing to follow guidance to ensure exacting standards are kept consistently, while supporting the Head Chef and the team across the kitchen.As pastry chef you will be working in a dedicated pastry kitchen where you can develop your own desserts to the required standard expected at a Michelin star level.
