:-Have excellent craft skills and experienceHave experience of and be competent in managing allergensHave a proven track record of continually improving standardsHave good communication skills at all levelsBe passionate about food with a great eye for detailHave comprehensive understanding of managing allergensHave the ability to support the Chef Manager in the day to day running of the unitHave financial and budget awarenessHave the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
