proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Operative
to join our growing team! You’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, providing best-in-class assistance across all our Sync Energy products. Your day-to-day will include diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues, answering queries, and ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate solutions.Key Responsibilities:Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problemGuide clients through solutions via phone, email, or chatEscalate unresolved issues to internal teams (e.g., software developers)Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customersRefer to internal databases or external resources for accurate technical solutionsEnsure all issues are properly logged and prioritisedWe’re looking for someone who is:Analytical, with strong problem-solving skillsAn excellent communicator, both written and verbalAble to build rapport and trust, even in challenging situationsEnthusiastic, positive, and customer-orientedTechnically adept, with a high aptitude for learning new technologyExperienced in technical support and troubleshooting (ideally with EV chargers)Organised, with strong admin skills and attention to detailCommitted to outstanding integrity and ethicsQualifications and ExperienceExperience in technical support and troubleshootingAnalytical skills and a background in customer supportWorking knowledge of Salesforce.com (desirable)Excellent communication and administration skillsExperience with electric vehicles or EV chargers is highly desirableReady to power the future of clean energy?Click “Apply now” and join Sync Energy in delivering innovative solutions for a smarter, greener tomorrow!
