Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to adult people with mental health needs, across southern HaveringProvide senior medical support to the team, and direct input on clinical casesProvide guidance and supervision to the teamWork directly with adults and their families and liaise with external adult mental health providers and acute hospitalsParticipate in the on-call rota (currently 1:50) with a 3% of basic salary Category A on-call supplement (pro-rata)Support peers and the team leader, and be an effective team member while allowing others to work with their own initiativeWork alongside 1 wte consultants, 1 wte Specialty Doctor, and 1 wte trainee doctor within the serviceCommit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agenciesPerson Specification
