fresh food, high-end gastro or rosette-level kitchensSkilled with

fish preparation

and confident on the butchery blockPassionate about game and classical cooking techniquesHas a

track record of long-term roles , showing loyalty and consistency

minimal agency or temp workThrives in a kitchen because its not just a job
