Are you a passionate and enthusiastic English Teacher looking for your next role? We are currently seeking an experienced English Teachers to join a range of secondary schools in Swindon. We can offer full-time and part-time positions starting in September 2025 until July 2026.Pay will be based on pay scale but will begin for an ECT at -150 per day up to UPS3 (PAYE). These long term and short term roles will include full duties.

The ideal English Teacher will have a passion for teaching Literature and a strong track record of engaging and inspiring students in their learning of English. They will have excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills and be committed to supporting the school''s ethos and values. There is an opportunity for a permanent job with the school directly if things go well.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred but not essential if you have proven experience of teaching English
* Relevant degree and teaching qualifications
* Proven experience teaching English at secondary school level
* Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
* Experience with teaching Language and Literature up to KS4
* Ability to design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students
* Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
