English Teacher – Secondary – Oxford

An outstanding secondary school in Oxford is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic English Teacher from September 2025.

The School:

The Role:

• Full-time English teaching role, KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure strong outcomes

The Ideal Candidate:

• QTS-qualified (or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification)

• Able to deliver engaging English lessons with passion and clarity

• Knowledge of current assessment practices and strategies

• A team player who can contribute to a collaborative English department
