You will support their emotional wellbeing, encourage positive behaviour, and help them build confidence and resilience so they can achieve their best.Key Responsibilities of a Pastoral Support OfficerProvide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with learning, social or emotional needsSupport pupils with SEMH needs across the school.
