At its heart is a vertical farm, seamlessly integrated into the space and supplying ultra-fresh, pesticide-free produce for our ever-changing menu.The Orangery offers an immersive dining experience surrounded by the very produce that feeds into your menu. From breakfast through to dinner, we transform seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients into refined dishes that showcase the day''s harvest. Opening soon!As Sous Chef, youll work closely with our Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, maintain the highest standards, and ensure that every dish leaving the pass is of exceptional quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management and service

Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen brigade, setting high standards in execution and presentation

Take ownership of kitchen operations in the Head Chefs absence

Drive menu development and innovation in line with our farm-to-table ethos

Champion the use of ultra-fresh, sustainably grown ingredients from our vertical farm

Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene

Control stock levels, ordering, and waste reduction to optimise efficiency

Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences
