Head of OperationsAn opportunity has opened up for a successful operations professional to take on a key leadership role overseeing multiple production and processing sites. The role is focused on ensuring that day-to-day operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably across all locations, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, performance monitoring, and operational excellence.You’ll be responsible for leading site teams, supporting process optimisation, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing technical plant operations and be confident working across cross-functional teams.Responsibilities

Support local teams in achieving consistent performance across sites and share best practices.Lead sites monitoring, planning, resource coordination, and operational reporting through process interfaces.Work with engineering, maintenance, and control systems teams to drive equipment and process reliability.Contribute to the commissioning and integration of new plants or site upgrades.Maintain oversight of site risk assessments and ensure process safety measures are followed.Report operational updates and key metrics to regional leadership.Qualifications and Ideal Candidate

Technical studies focusing on manufacturing or associated disciplines: Chemical, Process, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical, or equivalent practical experience.Strong background in plant operations, preferably across multiple industrial sites.Familiarity with automated control systems such as DCS, SCADA, or PCS7.Confident interpreting process flow diagrams.Proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring compliance.Strong problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.Summary
