Our Blossoms Restaurant and Bar is a vibrant and popular establishment known for delivering exceptional dining experiences.Key Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient serviceSupervise front-of-house staff and support them in delivering exceptional guest experiences Lead by example, motivating and training team members to maintain service qualitySupport inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management processesAssist with staff scheduling, shift planning, and attendance managementConduct pre-shift briefings, ensuring the team is informed and aligned on daily goalsAssist in managing financial controls including cash handling, billing, and sales reportingContribute to achieving sales targets and controlling labour and operational costsSupport the Restaurant Manager with audits, reporting, and compliance documentationAssist with the coordination and delivery of all conference and catering eventsSupport clients during planning stages, ensuring all event requirements are captured accuratelySkills and Experience :Minimum 2 years'' experience in hotel restaurant senior roleSolid understanding of cost-control measures to enhance financial performance.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.What we offer:Hospitality is all about looking after people and we are committed to our people.
