Customer Service Operator

Morgan McKinley, Northern Home Counties are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Corby, who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Operator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a highly varied and hands-on role suited to someone proactive, organised, and confident working with systems and data. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations across a wide range of UK and international retail and wholesale accounts, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery resolution, returns management, and inventory control. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Process and invoice customer orders accurately and on time Maintain and update product ranges and pricing across internal systems and customer portals Manage delivery queries, working closely with logistics providers to ensure timely resolutions Handle return-to-vendor requests and ensure prompt processing Provide daily operational support to retail account teams across multiple markets Perform inventory reconciliations with warehouse partners Update inventory portals three times weekly Maintain and update shared customer tools and provide weekly reporting Person Specification: Previous experience in a customer service, supply chain, or operational support role Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills Confident using Excel and working with systems and large data sets Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365) or similar ERP ..... full job details .....
