Role Overview

We’re looking for a National Account Manager (OOH) to drive growth across key sectors in our Out-of-Home channel. This role is perfect for someone who has had 12-18+ months experience in FMCG sales—most likely stepping up from a National Account Executive position—and is hungry to take on more ownership across strategic accounts and new business development.
You’ll lead the charge on nurturing and growing existing partnerships, improving rate of sale through smart activations, and strategically opening new doors in high opportunity areas such as leisure, education and foodservice. This is a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of PerfectTed’s expansion in cafés, gyms, hospitality, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management and Growth
Own and grow relationships with key national and regional OOH accounts • Lead JBP conversations and drive account-level commercial strategy
Improve rate of sale and retention through data-driven activations and menu support
New Business Development
Identify, prospect and convert new opportunities—especially in sport, leisure and under-indexed sectors
Build tailored proposals and pitch to decision-makers across a range of operator profiles. Manage the full sales cycle from intro to onboarding to launch
Support on the pull through of a customer base for key national distributors
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing and NPD teams on campaign rollout, menu innovation, and branded activations
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding, forecasting and stock continuity
Feed insights from customers and the field back into internal strategy
Commercial Reporting and PandL Ownership • Manage account-level PandL and track revenue/margin performance
Report against monthly sales targets, promotional ROI and forecasting accuracy • Use data to make informed recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
12-18+ months experience in FMCG sales, ideally progressing from an NAE role
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive volume/revenue
Familiarity with the OOH landscape and how to prospect effectively within it
Highly organised, independent, and great with follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Apps, Notion, and Excel
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in high-growth challenger brands
Background in health/wellness, drinks or foodservice sectors
