We re seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our team, covering residential and commercial properties across the South East, including London. This is a regional role with a genuine work-life balance, supported by the tools and time you need to carry out thorough assessments. The Role As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will: Carry out Type 1 Type 3 fire risk assessments on-site (Monday Thursday). Use a Fire Assessment App on iPad/Android to complete reports on the day. Benefit from Fridays set aside exclusively for report write-ups no site visits. Work regionally, avoiding excessive national travel. Attend regular CPD sessions to maintain and develop your skills. You To succeed as a Fire Risk Assessor, you ll need: Proven experience delivering fire risk assessments. A recognised qualification in fire safety management and/or risk assessment from one of the following (or equivalent): Fire Protection Association (FPA) Fire Industry Association (FIA) Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) NEBOSH Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, timely reports.
