We are recruiting for Front Office Associates in our Front Office Department at Dorsett Shepherds Bush London and daO West London our aparthotel. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your career within the hospitality industry and, across our Rooms Division. You will work within our busy front office reception area and the first point of contact for guests, dealing with their checking in and checking out, guest enquiries and resolving problems amongst other tasks! You will be a good communicator, with sound organisational skills, however the key requirement for this role is to have excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar establishment of working in a guest-focused environment with excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.
