ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a deep understanding of the exposures and associated risks across the bookTaking the lead with borrower interactions on all positions post drawdownAnalysing and understanding underlying collateral of the positions, including regular site visits where applicableLead all legal workstreams post drawdownReview and obtain approval of any new leasing requests across the secured collateralPrepare and present transaction memos summarizing due diligence and credit analysis for obtaining internal approvals through life cycle of loanPrepare and present quarterly business plan updates, market updates and factors affecting collateral value and ultimate stabilization timeline to senior management and internal clients for review and approvalExperience in cash flow modeling/forecasting in conjunction with the use of market sale and rentps to determine real estate values across a variety of property types: multifamily, hospitality, retail, industrial, office, self-storage, student housing, senior living, etc.Prepare and update monthly reporting packages for management and clientsDevelop and maintain market relationships with appropriate borrowers, brokers, lenders, vendors and other industry participantsAssist inmunication of loan performance to Limited Partners within respective fundsWork closely with the liabilities management team to ensurepliance within fund level financing facilitiesResponsibilities
