Private Credit is one of the world''s largest alternative credit investing platforms with investment professionals based in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. Private Credit originates investments and invests third-party capital across senior secured loans, mezzanine/unsecured debt, preferred equity and opportunistic credit supporting buyouts led by Private Equity sponsors. The Private Credit team in Europe is a top tier platform in the European direct lending market and is consistently involved in the largest direct lending transactions.Analysts in Private Credit work as part of small deal teams responsible for identifying, diligencing, structuring, executing and monitoring corporate debt investments. Analysts and associates are involved in a wide range of high profile transactions across the capital structure and in a variety of industries in support of transactions that include leveraged buy-outs, take privates, add-on acquisitions and recapitalizations, mostly for Private Equity backed businesses.
