Working closely with Executive Assistants and central support teams. Duties will include:Managing busy inboxes and calendars on behalf of fee earnersCoordinating meetings, events, and related logisticsPreparing, editing, and proofreading legal documentation and correspondenceSupporting billing, finance, compliance, and expense processesLiaising closely with Executive Assistants and wider support teamsManaging deadlines and prioritising competing workloadsProviding support across the team during holidays and absencesThis Legal Secretary opportunity is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm RequirementsAt least 2 years'' experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firmConstruction experience is essentialVacancy HighlightsHybrid workingExcellent benefits packageTo be considered for this ..... full job details .....
