Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Our client located close to Marylebone are seeking a career Legal Secretary within the area of Residential Conveyancing. This is a full time, office based role with a salary of up to 40,000. Key Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Secretary role:Audio typing, preparing letters, emails and legal correspondenceDrafting and amending documents from digital dictationPreparing conveyancing documentation including lease extensions, deeds, completion statements and Land Registry formsOpening and closing client filesManaging incoming post, emails and telephone enquiriesLiaising with clients, lenders, agents and other professionalsPreparing bills and supporting the billing processRequesting cheques, arranging bank transfers and processing paymentsPhotocopying, scanning, printing and arranging couriersProviding reception cover when required Requirements of the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:Minimum of 2 solid years as a Legal Secretary within Residential ConveyancingYou will be a career Legal Secretary and looking to stay as a Legal SecretaryHave full UK rights to workStrong digital dictation experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident client-facing manner with the ability to work professionally and discreetlyAbility to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environmentGood IT skills including Microsoft Office and Land Registry portal experience If you''re a Conveyancing Legal Secretary ready to ..... full job details .....
