The setting is based in an intimate residential area that is close to local amenities and parks. There is a large leafy garden space and sand pit to promote learning through play.

What will you be doing?

The nursery setting gives you the opportunity to shape every aspect from the ground up! Your responsibilities include:Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environmentDeliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculumLead a team of exceptional people towards a common goalHave experience with business and commerce elements of the Nursery runningsStrong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance proceduresAbility to build trusting relationships with parents, colleagues, children and external partnersWhat we can offer you

For our bespoke nursery, we are looking for experienced leaders to join us;Must be Level 3 qualified or above.Experience with an Early Years Leadership role ideally as a Deputy Manager or similar.A confident leader who has successfully participated in Ofsted inspections with “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.An inspirational Deputy Nursery Manager that can develop a high performing teamAt kinderzimmer UK, we celebrate individuality and embrace diverse approaches to education, believing it enriches the experiences we create for children.
