The Company....Is a luxury 4 Star Hotel in on the outskirts of Cardiff City Centre looking for a Restaurant Manager with fine dine restaurant experience. The Restaurant is approx. 45/50 seater. The establishment does have large wedding facilities.

Maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation. This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager. Have good wine and cocktail experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons.The Person specification...Previous experience in Restaurant management is essentialParticular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellenceBe able to manage a small team for maximum effectivenessA strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star serviceHave a vast knowledge of Cocktails to be able to lead and train the Bar StaffHotel background would also be preferable, but not essential
