About The Role: A leading multidisciplinary creative studio is seeking an accomplished Head of Events to oversee the planning, delivery and strategic direction of a diverse portfolio of high-profile, international events. Working closely with Company Directors and senior creative leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering bespoke, large-scale experiences for luxury, fashion and premium retail brands, as well as private clients. This is a senior leadership position for an established event professional with a strong background in complex, high-end event production. You will take full ownership of the event lifecycle, from early-stage concept development and senior client engagement through to delivery and post-event evaluation, while continuing to elevate the studio''s reputation for excellence on a global stage. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You will lead an in-house team of event organisers and assistants, manage significant project budgets (often in excess of £5m), and act as a trusted senior partner to clients and internal stakeholders alike.
