This is not a desk-only role - you7ll be out and about in London, shooting content in our properties, meeting clients, and capturing the energy of the city. You7ll lead our digital presence, making our social channels the go-to place for businesses looking for their next office.Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the

social media strategy

across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create high-quality, engaging

photo and video content

from office tours to behind-the-scenes stories.Be on the ground: attend property launches, events, and client visits to capture and share authentic content.Manage

content calendars , ensuring regular posting and consistency with brand tone and style.Track and report on performance analytics to drive growth and engagement.Collaborate with the wider team (agents, designers, photographers, partners) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.Spot trends, jump on relevant moments, and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.Engage with our online community - reply to DMs, comments, and foster relationships with followers.About You

Social media is your life, you know the platforms inside out, especially TikTok and Instagram.Outgoing, confident, and comfortable being in front of and behind the camera.A natural storyteller who can turn properties, people, and places into engaging content.Strong photography/videography and editing skills (mobile-first is fine, but professional equipment knowledge is a plus).Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design and trends.Data-driven but with a strong instinct for what works online.Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (ideally in lifestyle, property, or related industries).Proactive, independent, and excited by the fast pace of a growing business.What We Offer
