Your key focus will be maintaining and growing long-standing client relationships while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. From processing orders and coordinating deliveries to resolving queries and working closely with drivers, you''ll be an essential link between customers and the wider team. Your role will be based on site in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00.What you''ll need to succeed You will have worked within a professional customer service environment previously (phone-based) and will therefore have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
