About the Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the public face of Motofix, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and positive experience throughout their repair journey. You will provide friendly and professional support, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Provide a professional and welcoming meet and greet service to customers. Booking and Scheduling Schedule vehicle repair bookings, ensuring smooth workflow management.
