Support marketing team with talent management for local campaign shootsOwn social activation and content strategy in line with brand calendarInventing the big social idea and hook as part of the wider campaign and media planIdentify the right talent for campaigns (new faces and key VIP drivers) – creation of brand tribesCreate content for advocacy/social-only campaigns and boosting best content on paid mediaSocial Commerce
Build a bold social commerce strategy on TikTok shop identifying top social sellers and aligning activation alongside key calendar moments driven by NPD and social gemsResponsible for Amazon Prime Day plans and activation – selecting key influencers, products and messaging working alongside the e.com activation teamOther content areas
Ownership of reactive media pot to boost trend-led contentOwn relationships with talent and agents used in paid campaignsIdentify right talent – creation of brand tribes and tracking of influencer performance for paid campaignsPaid Performance Reporting: drive share of voice on social and provide monthly reporting; post-campaign analysis of influencer campaigns via Traackr; tracking and reporting of CPV/CPE and optimization of spendsWho You Are
Experience with influencer relationships, social content creation, and analytics tools; strong reporting and talent management capabilitiesCreative eye with attention to detailPassion for sharing socially relevant informationAbility to work and update key stakeholdersProven ability to thrive in fast-paced environmentsTeam player who collaborates and supports the wider teamProficient at creating and maintaining an authentic brand voice across branded social media platformsUnderstanding of social media management and analytics toolsWhat We Offer
