YOU will be in the commercial operations team, with the post holder being expected to manage a team of heating, system, repair and service operatives, including reactive maintenance and repairs elements of contracts with boiler room plant, in house dwelling s, water tanks, pumps, BMS, ventilation, commercial catering equipment, legionella requirements, communal laundry equipment and dry risers, along with ensuring works are completed correctly and on time, whilst managing the ppm and repairs elements of contracts to client specific KPI measurements inclusive of contractual compliancy. YOU will be able to monitor and manage the operative s performance and identify any training needs within the team. You will be customer focused, with good leadership and communication skills, and carry out your teamwork in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with with manufacturer and industry best practice, legislation and Group guidelines.
