HR Advisor
We are currently partnering with a children''s charity, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.Our client is a national charity who work with schools to empower young people and actively working on a growth strategy.This is a full-time position with a salary of £36,000 per annum and the start date is April 2026 subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviewsSupporting hiring managers with recruitment planning, candidate engagement and onboarding processesSupporting managers with employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence managementAdvising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation to ensure consistent and compliant people managementManaging the LMS and actively promoting CPDIdentifying training needs and coordinating learning initiatives to support organisational developmentSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Ideally CIPD qualifiedRecruitment and LandD expertiseCompliance and due diligenceRewards and Benefits:Hybrid workingFlexible working daysWorking hours:35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (Tues-Thurs in office)Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all ..... full job details .....
