You will be dealing with a variety of transactions including remortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties.Location

Handle residential property conveyancing matters with responsibility for a varied caseload, including remortgages, transfers of equity, sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties.Qualifications

Legal executive or solicitor with at least 2 years\'' PQEAble to handle a varied caseloadProficient with case management systemsExcellent attention to detailWorks well under pressure to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and client care skillsSkills to support networking and department developmentBenefits
