Elite Touch Group is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor to join their busy property team. Location: Ashford, Kent. Salary: £40,000-£55,000 per year. Contract: Permanent, Full-time.Responsibilities

Handle a variety of conveyancing transactions including re-mortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties.Your skills / Qualifications

Legal executive or solicitor with at least 2 years` PQEAbility to support networking and department developmentAble to handle a varied caseloadProficient with case management systemsExcellent attention to detailWorks well under pressure to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and client care skillsWhat we offer
