Electrical SupervisorHemel Hempstead9 Month ContractAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Electrical Supervisor to join a National MandE Contractor on a commercial project in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will be required to complete security clearance although can commence on site during this process. Job Purpose:The role will be a site based role, with critical responsibility for overseeing the electrical testing regime including fire and intruder alarms, CCTV and other electronic systems. You will also assist the service to work with contractors, both internally and externally to enable projects to be seen through to completion.Duties: Liaise with colleagues and supervisors on timeframe and labour requirement. You will be required to respond to electrical issues as they occur. Gather information about the electrical installation and all potential surprises. Devise a clear energy monitoring strategy. Oversee electricians or electrical subcontractors. Complete electrical site safety audits and electrical completion paperwork Ensure safe working practices and electrical safety rules are followed by electricians on site. Ensure electricians'' job sheets are collected. Ensure all paperwork is completed as required. Ensure Outlook calendar is kept up to date. Reporting on a daily basis with site issues or progression.
