Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Working Supervisor to join a long-term commercial project at 25 Baker Street. The successful candidate will be responsible for both supervising electrical trades on site and carrying out hands-on electrical installation works as required. This role suits someone with strong leadership abilities who is also comfortable being actively involved in day-to-day installation and site operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical operatives and subcontractors on site. Carry out hands-on electrical installation, testing and containment works. Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and industry regulations. Manage progress, productivity, and ensure quality on all electrical packages. Coordinate with site management, other trades, and the main contractor. Complete daily/weekly reports, permits, and site paperwork when required. Maintain strict adherence to site health and safety requirements. Lead toolbox talks and briefings for the electrical team. Assist in resolving technical issues and escalating where necessary. Support commissioning and snagging phases. Requirements Strong experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Chargehand / Working Supervisor. Fully qualified electrician (NVQ 3 / City and Guilds or equivalent). Valid JIB/ECS Gold Card. SSSTS or SMSTS preferred but not essential. Experience on commercial construction projects.
