Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, London, Excellent £ Salary and Benefits Package (DOE) – Following a period of growth, this well-established firm are seeking an experienced private client Solicitor to join their team - JOB REF: 215301677

• Applications are sought from private client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, who have experience in estate administration, including both probate and intestacy.

• The role involves applying for grants of representation, handling related inheritance tax returns, drafting wills, and lasting powers of attorney (for finance and property as well as health and welfare), and managing court of protection deputyship cases.

• You will advise on a variety of matters, providing guidance on tax implications and estate planning, negotiating on behalf of clients, and liaising with third parties to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong drafting and reviewing abilities, and a keen attention to detail to ensure work is organised and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• You will be proactive, able to manage your own caseload, and empathetic toward clients navigating complex and challenging situations.
