Private Client Paralegal - 30,000 per annumLocation: Kent Contract: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleOur client, a well-established and respected law firm, is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest or experience in Private Client work to develop their skills within a supportive and professional setting.The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting fee earners with a varied Private Client caseload. There may also be optional opportunities to assist the Family department, although this is not a requirement.Key Responsibilities Supporting fee earners with a range of Private Client matters, including:o Wills and estate planningo Probate and estate administrationo Lasting powers of attorneyo Trusts and inheritance matters Drafting legal documentation and correspondence Conducting legal research and assisting with file management Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external organisations professionally and sensitively Preparing bundles and maintaining accurate records Optional assistance with Family Law matters for those wishing to broaden their experienceCandidate Requirements Experience or a strong interest in Private Client law is essential Previous paralegal experience, ideally within a Private Client team, is advantageous A high level of organisation and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to ..... full job details .....
