Overview

An established and forward-thinking UK law firm is expanding its national Construction practice and seeking to make a senior strategic hire for Construction in Bristol. This is a rate and exciting opportunity to shape and grow a regional construction presence for a national team that already has a strong reputation across London, the East of England, and beyond. The firm is keen to hear from senior construction solicitors who are open to relocation for the opportunity of Partnership and true autonomy in building a team around them.The position is available at either Director or Equity Partnership level.Role and responsibilities

This senior construction hire will play a key role in building and leading the construction team in Bristol, with support from an established and highly ranked national group. The role can be tailored to suit specialists in either contentious or non-contentious construction law, though a blended skill-set is preferred.Lead and develop the Bristol construction team with autonomy and strategic direction.Collaborate with the national group to leverage best practices and client relations.Grow the regional practice by attracting and developing clients and talent.Ideal candidate / qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:Ideally over 10 years PQE with experience in either contentious or non-contentious construction lawAdept at building and maintaining strong client relationshipsAmbitious, driven and looking to take charge of their careerKeen to grow a high-performing specialist construction team in BristolRelocation, salary and benefits
